Real-Time Call Classification and Analysis
A comprehensive system for call transcription, classification, and analysis was developed to optimize the management
of phone interactions and generate actionable insights for decision-making. The system uses the Recording ID to identify
each call, can operate in real time, and adapts to the specific conditions of each client.
The system integrates with Media Alpha to access all conversations and automatically transcribes calls into text using
artificial intelligence, powered by the Deepgram tool. It then classifies each interaction by category
according to the client’s intent and interest, identifies behavioral patterns, and evaluates the quality of interactions, generating
accurate and reliable information about operational and commercial performance.
From this process, we generate Call Classification and Analysis Reports, which provide a detailed analysis of
each interaction. These reports include key metrics such as call duration, abandonment rate, conversions, and CPA by buyer or
